You should have received an eMail from the “Sterling Travel Blog” indicating that your account has been activated. The next step is to setup your password so that you can access restricted (private) content. In order to do this, we use the “forgot password” feature. This may not make sense intuitively, as you haven’t “forgotten” your password, you actually never had one. Nevertheless, this method works well in order for you to establish your new password. It also helps familiarize you with the process you would use in the event that you really DID forget or lose your password.
- Click here to go to the “forgot password” page
- Enter the eMail address associated with your Sterling Travel blog account into the page where it says “Username or email”.
- This would be the same eMail address at which you receive messages from the blog indicating that your account has been setup, or that new content has been posted.
- Click the “Reset password” button
- Follow the instructions that you receive via your eMail
- You should now be able to log into the blog and see the private content
- The main blog is accessed here (feel free to bookmark it for later):
- Please note that there are several features of this blog that are completely manual. Some major sites would automate these processes, but we don’t have the budget or need for this. There are steps required on our end to provide you with the content you are expecting. In this context, this means that once you’ve set up your password, please allow 24-48 hours for more content to show up for you. Remember, we may be atop the Eiffel Tower or it may be the middle of the night for us. Thanks for your patience!
Almost everything on this blog is private and available to members only so if you don’t see any content here, you need to “Log In” first.
